Thanks for your understanding, and special thanks to needle for his contribution.

Now we understand why Peacock made such statement ealier: "for reasons known to him (Chirst Scott), I have no respect from him whatsoever". I am not a Peacock fan, but this statement is not baseless.

Let's ACT quickly, send email/letters to EVERY board members using needle's email as a template:

1. to remind each board member their fiduciary duty;
2. to remind each member about Williams from HIH;
3. to remind they will need to answer to shareholders on such transactions.


How to find director's email address? EASY:

Take Paul Manka as example, send email to ALL following addresss:

Please send email to EACH INDIVIDUAL DIRECTOR and cc ASIC, I am sure they will think twice.
