i think the best chance we have of the current qld doing anything!, is if these other parties make a issue of it, then there should be no choice to step in by the current qld government, i am emailing the below parties and contacts in the links , all media stories and reply's from asx and asic and especially my reply from qld premiers office from last week . i hope all shareholders do the same. the other parties should love to make a issue of this. and we can get a better price or other things could possibly happen.

it will quite annoy bhushan if they don't get enough shares to get compulsory acquisition , towards the end of the bid that may also help raise the offer price
