    Being capped IMO. So many changed hands (maybe) and still 5M on the 4c sell queue.WTH?
    Can't be making much profit at that price and giving away a 17% divvie???
    They want to hold it dwon so they can trade elsewhere and buy up in about 3 weeks
    or so. IMO of course!
