(sunday)that recently signed contracts in the construction field will take a year to complete; and design plans for subsequent projects would normally commence now. it seems to me that rudd the dud will spook the rio's & their dreams will be put in the deep freezer; till rudd regains his sanity meanwhile engineering & construction cos. see red. red. red. s.o.s s.o.s. s.o.s.; and see the merits of the public sharing their looming misfortune...... no research done...............dyor ..........i dont think this is stag territory. ..........do you?
