Then most everything must be documented and it's reasonable I suppose to charge ones legal secretary/typist at a conservative #350./hr plus colleagues assistances and the obligatory barrister(s) (whose advice on procedure and protocol is definitely mandatory) while the tea girl is charged out at the mere pittance of $150./hr. One surmises that only when competing legal counsel who are not on the payroll begin to raise their eyebrows will the moneytrain look for a station. In the meantime LKO shareholders just get older, and perhaps a tad wiser.
