    To all sad and sorry STB holders, and I am one of them, don't bother trying to contact the company. I sent the following email to them a few days ago and I am still waiting for a reply. Can any of you in HC land answer my concerns. The company certainly will not. The email I sent

    Hi

    I am a shareholder of South Boulder Mines. I have noted recently the alarming fall in the share price of the company, since reaching a high of $6.00 earlier this year, to around $1.085 today. The fall in share price comes at a time when you are asking the share holders to provide more funds for the company.

    There are a number of issues that I would like clarified;

    1. When is the Preliminary Feasibility study to be conducted? There is no mention of any such study in your announcements of late. Only mention of the scoping study and the DFS.

    2. Is an announcement to be made to the market concerning the results of the recent U.N. Sanctions for Eritrea?

    3. Have the measures imposed by the U.N. Had any effect on the mining in that country?

    4. What is the time frame for the completion of the PFS and the completion of the DFS?

    5. In your announcement to the market on 23rd November, 2011 it stated; Numerous expressions of interest to provide project funding for Colluli have been extended to South Boulder Mines and a number of options are under initial review;
    Can you tell me if there is any intention to release, to the market, further details of those 'Expressions of interest'.

    Thank you.
