There has been much said in regards to old run down plants in China run by CCC, not having seen them I can't truthfully comment too much however when I was much younger I worked in a chemical plant making fertilizer & although it was very old & decrepit it still churned out fertilizer reliably & on budget.
To those people who have never worked in industry this aspect of the offer should NOT be your deciding factor, there are many old plants still producing in many parts of the world. Naturally it would be different if one had to work in it as a result of your vote & I'm sure the OH&S still has a long way to go in China but it is obviously being used as another tactic to influence others votes.
It is vitally important that we all take in the FACTS & vote for what you feel is best for yourself & Australia.
