Tracer I think your link indicates some really powerful information of a business that is attempting to achive some really positive things.
1) It is looking to achieve financial rigidity in the UK business so it can better control its finances (costs).
2) Better forecast its financial position by hiring new financial analyst/ related staff.
3) Implementing a new financial software program and subseqent L&D (learning and development) regime that educates its staff on the programs use. This will achieve stronger billling within its UK business.
This type of stuff does not get implemented overnight - it can take a while and it can chew $$. Although this is a risk for SGH I am happy that it is pointed and walking in the right direction.
