this is what i mean the aussie people are brain washed into a never ending property boom ,believe what you like ,all i know the mkt here on the gold coast is OFF the boil & a few conversation are, gee the mkt has gone quiet, real estate adds are make a offer ,price reductions, owner must sell etc ,with yields at %3 net if your lucky & a end to the late 2003 buy anything mentality BUYER beware you are %99 guaranteed to loose money in the next couple of years ,this is a 2000 tech wreck waiting to happen or i should say is happening ,property crashes are not as fast as sharemkt crashes.
