Have gone to 3 of Auctions of Beachfront blocks lately all have been passed in one beachfront property has been reduced from $900K to $720K and has still not sold apparently the owner only just bought the property and months later lost is job, poor bastard. I am living in a seaside town with approximately 12K population there is approximately 10 real estate agents in town. This place will get hit very hard in any pullback.
