Well the resource demand will stay..new reality..but as you mentioned we need to stay competitive. Increased productivity.

Miners pay too much in wages but shoot themslves in foot really as they fail to invest in staff training themselves. Hear so many people apply for mining jobs but have no experience so get denied. Do not understand why it is so difficult to get into when they complain they are so short staffed. They want people either trained by government or imported by government...we are such a nanny state!

Would like to see government build more infrastructure and provide more housing. Both types of spending could be done in a non-infationary way.

The biggest need though is to promote non-mining business, when the mining boom ends we will be all sitting around wondering what we should do next lol.
