Sentiment. Goldie sentiment sucks, and acquisitions don't excite if they don't add to the bottom line immediately. Also, investors are risk averse, and MLX still carries a fair level of risk as it brings gold production on line.
Just after everyone can't stand it any longer, and they are puking their gold shares onto the market for next to nothing, that's when it will turn!
