SM's lack of engagement with the shareholders and the market in general is poor leadership in my view, and I have been a fan of his in the past.

To announce a major agreement and change of direction for the company by issuing a Powerpoint presentation at an AGM (and he fast-forwarded many pages) is just thoughtless and smacks of a casual and detached approach that is hard to explain.

The announcement answered some big questions, but SM must have known that it would create new legitimate questions, and he seems unwilling to address these. He should issue a detailed and single issue announcement about the agreement(s), but it is too late now. The sp damage has been done.

Can anyone be this bad accidentally?
