Webral Im trying to follow it up now.

The receptionist put me on hold to find out. Two minute later she came back and said that the quarterly will be announced tonight.

She said Dennis (CEO) was busy all day and couldnt talk.

Id be a bit disappointed if that was a blatant lie to stop my calling the company. Having said that, I shouldnt go listening to the receptionist.

I rang just before and was told tat the company secretary will be in at 9.30 and can speak to her. Im going to call back then.

My fear is that the company may be excused from releasing quarterlies given they have made 4 consecutive quarterly profits in a row. However Im pretty sure the requirement is 6, before you are excused. I remember TOX had to make 6 before becoming excused.

I know this sounds starnge but the company would do everything in their power as possible to play down the company's prospects until the buy back occurs. If the results are well above expectations, this is going to mean a higher share price making it hard for the company to buy back shares without paying a premium.

Anyway I'll try ringing the company again shortly.
