For eg: brewer will say ---it is the tough economic conditions /slow-dow and EURO uncertainty for the decimation of the s/p

whilst the real reasons are mismanagement /high cash burn rate /tooooooo many passengers on the board !!
this isnt even a real coal mining company with a board this size is a joke-

the local fish and chip shop earns and banks more monmey than them .
