I'm always surprised to find out how many people aren't aware that even with an agent it's their responsibility to get the contract organised and paid for. Agents simply open the door (if they don't sent the assistand to do that) and our advertising buck does it's best to advertise the branding of their real estate company rather than the home. The owner pays to advertise the agent. Fabulous.... Most businesses have to pay to promote themselves but real estate agents get the sucker seller to do that. They probably claim part of the fees as a tax deduction and get a double whammy kick back. Nice work if you can get it.
