What are your thoughts on pumping stocks? Should it be allowed? At what point does exuberance cross the line?
What about company(s) making grandiose statements without having done the work to back it up. Should that also be illegal? Should ASX Wolf have been prosecuted for advice without a license? Should ASIC have prosecuted Fibonachery for stock pumping?
