Thanks, but, those "applicable elements" are NOT being policed. The shorting in LKE, with no liquidity from the retail sector, is totally dominated, lending and buying and selling, (I say tantamount to manipulating) by a select few who are just milking the system. It's all very well saying that LKE has adequate liquidity to enable a balanced shorting market, but, the top players have scared the vast majority of retail traders and investors and now effectively have the whole playing field to themselves, and have had it for several continuous months!!! AND that is patently obvious for ALL to see. So, why doesn't ASIC and the ASX do anything about it? Yep, have rules then close your eyes and hope that everybody abides by them.. What a laughable institution in our ASIC.
