Can't believe you guys are down ramping on this...DLE is meant to produce Lithium Chloride. Lithium carbonate is chemical conversion and no issues in that, it will be done on site when they will go with commercial plant.
Its like getting the milk. No milk, no cheese....But you have milk, then its fine; making cheese is a known process.
