Yeah. I mean, if you look at the CFAs (conditional framework agreements), when you look at the two offtake companies… So, firstly, SK On out of Korea is, if not the largest, one of the largest battery manufacturers in the world. So, very, very strong. Building a number of gigafactories around many continents. So, very, very strong company. And then the other balance of the offtake, we are working with a company called WMC Energy, which is based out of Europe, who are more a trading house. But their customers are companies like Northvolt and BMW and Porsche, a lot of the European car dealers. So, happy with both offtakers. And we have a good relationship with both.
Also Lilac has increased its stake to 20%. That gives me a little more confidence.
Do they have the financial capacity to start -
from the latest quarterly which was present before the news dropped that lilac has been successful with its new process. Better question is after this new development what interested parties will partner and when?

Is it taking longer than they claimed - Well theres multiple arguments here. Firstly we went through a pandemic which at best would have slowed things down and at worst stopped the process. Theres been a change in the BOD and investment like berkshire has gone oppiste way. The pricing of lithium has dropped in that time and there's been high inflation (Argentina especially) and globally.
Do they have the right people to make it work -
They have a partnered team that has developed the proven process and a CEO with connections. It seems that the new CEO has been on track delivering milestones and has only been on board since Sept.
