    PTD management have virtually written off paying a divi even with the dough in the bank.[Around 40 mill] They ignore the supporters of the company even though heaps paid up to 5 bucks. Institutions want returns so dont participate.THEY ARE WOWSERS HENCE THE SHAREPRICE TODAY of $1.12.
