1, the real value is xx cents a share, they know this even better than us. 6 years ago 1 billion, within 6 years getting another 670 million from market, from shareholders.
2, then they prepared to steal the company by all means in about 2 years
3, finally a robbery proposal composed, 2 cents upon no other bidders, which means they can give more than 2 cents if there are other bidders.
4, as they manipulated too much, no other bidders wanted to join in, they said only 2 cents
5, after voted down, even "0" cent for shareholders. they told their shareholders the nexus is a world class property but will pay the nexus shareholders "0" cents. what a shit logistic.
6, why in a so called democratic country, no body can or even want to stop this day light rob even after over 10 times media exposure? why the big shareholders keep silent? will these guys take over the company and steal our money without any resistance eventually? NBT, do we have the right write to the prime minister or parade in front of the Canberra Parliament House? Seems no body can save us except ourselves.
