    You say that the weekly chart looks like a buy trigger forming, with weekly trading ranges diminishing.

    From my basic chart skills, I have re entered cvi today thinking it will find strong support at 15 and suspect that if we get a short term close above 16.5 the SP may quickly go back into the 20's.

    Do you look for the weekly trading ranges diminishing for a buy trigger?
