I've been holding these since mid November 07 with all the hype...

I've been holding these since mid November 07 with all the hype of positive announcements and booming sharprice only to see the sp tumble more than 50% since. I thought of selling and cut my losses to buy into MAK and make up the losses there but decided not to because MAK will come "down to earth" eventually.
My question to anyone is does GSF have the mining infrastructure already setup to begin mining and milling or will they need capital raising from shareholders?
