Yes - new money is coming into ARV because of the Armada potential and because AC knows the geology of the region well (as evidenced by his substantial investment in GGP at 1.71).
In fact, in the webinar, AC stated that there will be more Havieron like discoveries in the Paterson province and he didn't restrict that to the ARV tenement only. There will be substantial investment flowing into any company that holds a decent position in Paterson - Artemis is one of the few to have substantial land package + 100% interest.
