I think MB Century are clearly in the gun here.
The rig had electrical issues upon delivery and then through drilling going by the delays NSE experienced.
First they had issues with CTP.
Then the issues with BRU who sacked them.
...and now NSE has given them the flick.
I'd say there's a fairly noticeable pattern and common thread running there.
