FID NOW on the RVPS will do a good job for distraction I think. I don't mind MEL to pay the local media $$ for a page 1 article on how the RSVP will benefit the local industries + security + jobs...etc
This will change the focus from a general negative CSG perspective to a positive one for MEL:
Support MEL Gas and Electricity Generation = Support Regional Prosperity
