-get into fresh rock and achieve stable ground conditions
-assume higher AISC
Troy lost maybe 30-40% of intrinsic value compared what they would have been if it were not for the rain seasons. But so what? They started with such an undervaluation that enough margin of safety is left between intrinsic value and share price is left. 0 valuation for the exploration potential as well.
