a new substantial shareholder has appeared on the PMM register buyngi 3m shares yesterday at $3.90.

CSFB continued to buy a heap above $3.90 and now have 11+% of the company too.

the new takeover bid price is $3.85

with 16% in the hands of investors wanting a higher bid, cleveland cliffs are going to have to life their offer price to get the deal done.

i reckon $4.20 would get them over the line.

the same trade was flagged here at $3.48 and now it's at $3.90. more room to grow me thinks.
