It was Nick Styant Browne....he simply advised the facts of the conveyance of Kerr St....in documents released by Ralph Blewitt....letters from the comm bank to gillard in Feb 1993, yet she told Slaters she knew nothing about that file in aug 1995 in fact she organised the mortgage insurance with comm bank at the time leigh sales tried to get him to state that gillard was innocent he said he made no allegations in any way, and was simply reporting the facts, that are backed up by the conveyance documents
ie he proved she was a liar on several occasions, but made no allegations of same
