I think calling the company and getting one of the directors directly on the phone is a bonus and shouldnt be a negative bashing point.

Its better than having a secretary regurgitate questions and having to wait for answers from a director who see's shareholders as nothing more than a problem.

Previous posts have already stated that these guys are a very conservative bunch of operators.

Even in politics there is proof that over time a conservative governing body who carefully watches its spending, has a far better outcome than those who just spend willy nilly.
A little bit like the Keating government from 10 years back for example.
