Yes, official JD and TMall for that matter do not offer stage 1.
And more, a2 China official site www.a2nutrition.cn does not mention stage 1 and 2 in their product range. very strange.
New product it's just speculation from me. but they could finally get out the one with manuka honey they promised years ago. even new packaging will do.
