Debt is 120 mil cash only about 71 mil, and nobody know what term of liquidation is with the lender, what if the lender is come calling to save their money how the company can pay? Burning rate about 80 mil a year that's 240 mil in 3 years not include the trial cost. The question is when will meso declare bankruptcy.
