Mulga, I don't think it's manipulation.

1.It appears the sell order was placed just prior to annx. Thus one would presume close to company.

2. If you have a big order to sell you need to sell it during time of positive spin.

3. When placing sell order on the cheap early, you can give prospective big buyers (due to positive spin) a chance to get set and see what match up takes place. If you're not happy with match out price, lack of general interest etc, you can still withdraw or reduce quantity as suits you.
