I will tell you a story, CSR absolute disgrace to suck in the small time investors, for a recapitalization, consolidation and especially a 1 one off special dividend 6 months ago, misbelieving the public it would be an ongoing thing.. The board knew the housing market was falling, but they went through the sheepish process anyway. The AGM was a disgrace, and it was good to see Jack Tillburn shoot them where it counts. I cant understand how the board put those proposed renumeration changes with the new board restructure..
