They want to be the first getting hit at the .5c increment. Mostly a stock, that reaches 10c, will hit 10.5c before falling back in the mid 9's. It is always the same story, first they do everything to crack the 10c, then, once it's gone, they re-erect it and everyone panics and sells it down. There is hardly one stock that hasn't experienced this psychological barrier phenomenon.
Wouldn't it be nice they would have hit it today ? I wouldn't mind a close at 9.5c. But we could still be "lightyears" away from that.
