Quick question or 2 on TS.
It may well be cheaper to develop this solution rather than Darwin but what additional ongoing operating costs considering it is still a fair way offshore.
Also the prospect of cyclones damaging infrastructure stuck on a very shallow section of the ocean.
I assume both or either of these could be cause for concern for anyone considering the TS solution.
