There are lots of options for TS to be of value to lots of players - that is the virtue and VICE of it!
If MEO were a company of significant/major size, then they could bring a number of players in to a JV (in some form), and development could happen over time.
But as minor they cannot lead; a major needs to do the leading.
And for major to lead, I expect they would want full control.
And that means, buying TS, or buying MEO.
Providing of course that one major wants it.
How can we holders give UBS some encouragement???

the only reason Meo has to pay UBS is exactly that more than one major wants it....thus Meo will get a great deal....

Meo holders are like a feather floating in the wind....with Hurricanes everywhere....then ask the feather to stop the Hurricanes....the Hurricanes would just laugh...
