I read buyback rules yesterday and it clearly states that Reporting MUST be done at least 1 hour either after close and before open.
HOWEVER, COMPANY DON'T NEED TO BUY DAILY. THERE IS NO RULE FOR THAT.

I feel CSL will end same fashion as Wesfarmer ended last year.(Polarity reversed from $41 to $14).
