    DO you know what the motivation for michael West is ?
    Also centro has 700 shopping centres .
    if they sell 4 they bring in approx 1.1 B
    their debt level is 7-8 B .
    Centro is making money
    If the banks did not think so they would count their losses and run
    Centro has shopping centres . They engage retail. Retaio is recalcitrant to downturns in housing in the USA.
    May be the SP will go south further but dont right this company off on rumours and inaccurate opinion
