I have no problem with the levy - in principle; I do have a problem with THIS govt imposing it considering the amount of money tghey have wasted over a very short time span.

Hit the nail on the head. Too many are missing the total point. It's not the $5 a week that some have to pay, its the way Labor have wasted billions of dollars, then insisiting on continuing with this waste of billions for the NBN and then using the floods as an excuse to impose another tax on people. This is what has riled people. On top of that Jooolia goes on TV and pleads with people to donate money to the fund they have started up, yet conveniently forgets to tell all of these people, many who have given more than they can really afford, that they are soon going to be taxed as well.

Jooolia, and her party, are deceiptful. Many example already of this and people are just fed up.
