This whole thread is full of back slapping libs. Your comments towards the PM and low income earners are just disgaraceful. In the last couple of years I have been both a low and high income earner. In the 09-10 financial year as an employee with a science degree and post-grad qualifications I earned under 60K. In 10-11 (7 months so far) I have earned 10x that trading on the market. I can also tell you that earning the 600K (so far) was 10x easier than earning the 60K. From looking at people in all economic groups and classes (not including those not working) it is those on the lower wages who do the hard yards for far less pay. I for one will not mind paying the levy. It is for 1 year only and is only between 0.5% and 1%. Stop whinging and bad-mouthing!!
