I demand that Joolia implements a STRONG WINDS Levy. and if Bunbury was damaged, as it was forecast from level 4 down to level 1 hurricane, she may have had to have a HURRICANE levy, but obviosly there will be a threshold that only Joolia knows....maybe Damage above $1b = levy.

We need a CIRCUS levy and send Joolia & Wayne as the headliners.
