How is it that shares issued under the placement, in the so called power shift, were issued to some of the same players who received shares under previous DS deals including the Prescingot buyout?

Lots of directors coming out of the woodwork, and unless I am mistaken, most have received shares through such deals, which more people seem to be complaining about.

what is going on?
