Not sure about the $1.50 though. I think it went quickly to $5 on news of GLE partnership and this was before the technology had been fully tested and proven.
If you are right, annoucing a plant is to be built is not just signaling commercialisation - it is announcing to the world that nuclear power has changed forever as Silex laser enrichment technology works and the US will be leading charge. Investors from all over the world will want a piece of the action.
IMO If you are right at this time... Silex will become a billion dollar company overnight. So I would be expecting $6 pretty quickly.
