We have been told for a long while that conclusion of the DOE and GLE negotiations would be concluding soon. I am just highlighting that this is the most likely announcement because we have been told about it. Once the agreement is executed, of course they would need to apply for the licence and then build. I am merely talking about the conclusion of the negotiations.
As for the recycling plan, that would be fantastic and I wouldn't rule anything out as possible. Surely you will concede that is less likely than a conclusion of the DOE / GLE negotiations since it has not previously been mentioned by the company.
Whilst we are talking about the recycling, have you considered how they turn the used-uranium into the gas form so that the SLX technology can be applied to it for recycling? I am sure you have, I was reading about the technology last night and I thought this would need to occur for the loop.
