SIR only attracted funds after that 'lucky' strike. It was sitting at 5C for a long time. RXL have been banging about their blue chip partners since Myrtle with their zinc and RIO too. Latest spike is just that, opportunities for the day traders to make quick bucks while the LT holders got the euphoria while it ran up.
