Did you see the buyer at 5.6 cents just come in, 750 000 shares???? How do they get away with that? Plus it looks like the bots are back with small regular buys. Just hit 25 cents !!!!!!!
Maybe start-up is in progress, the deadline was April but doesn't mean they can't start a month before the deadline.
