    Its proberly a good time to buy CIR. As a general rule they always get an option deal if their is anything happening at MBP. If their is a $10 mill cap raising they must have something to offer, why would an institution or private investor part with that much cash. I think anyone who sells this down will be laughing all the way to their grave. Their could be a good option package coming. They won't announce the deal until closing time.
