    Why is a buy back done by companys? Well the main reason is because they believe that their shares are undervalued. This is certainly the case with Village, why on earth would anyone sell into this buy back when an independant report values the shares between $3.69 and $5.20!!!

    Village Roadshow Corporation wants to increase their stake of VRL from 61.4% to 68.2%, they clearly see this as an opportunity to increase their stake at cheap levels,which individual investors should also see.
